We use up to date encryption softwares to make sure that your data is not accessible by any third party. We have a designated data manager, that trains all our staff on the need to keep data safe. Our staff are trained on data security even before they are added to production to ensure security.

Our HR and LD team make sure that the right skill set is hired and adequately trained to perform their duties effectively. Our on-boarding process is top notch. It includes thorough training on what is required by each client and the core values of a customer representative

How do you handle data?

We use data exactly as agreed by each client to perform their company functions. Our contracts contains terms and conditions as to how each client will want us to use their data. Our data manager officer helps make sure that these terms are strictly followed.

How do I update the data you have on my company

After which we will grant you access to the needed information. Your data is always your property and we are happy to send them to you once your identity is confirmed

How do i make a complaint

If you have any compliant about a staff or our services, please email our complaint manager at complaint@top100es.com. He will try to resolve the complaint as soon as possible. If it is not resolved to your liking, feel free to ask for it to be escalated so that senior management can have a more informed look at it.

How do i become a client?

It is really easy to become one of our esteemed clients. All you need to do is to write us on our email or any of our social media handle. Let us know which of the service you require, your type of business and how many staff you require to complete your task monthly.

What is our payment arrangement?

Apart from the payment to recruit and train your staff, you do not need to pay any fees until they have handled your service for 1 full month. From the first payment date, you now pay them every month the agreed salary for the services rendered or the amount of hours worked.

How do i review my contract terms?

Our contracts are very standard and might not need to be reviewed through the course of each contract circle. Longer standing contracts can be reviewed by the client or us quarterly to make sure that we are reaching the mark. To do so, simple send an official email stating that you will require a review.
