OUR STORY
As a HR professional and a business development consultant. I have watched, with professional eyes as to how the way we work has changed. I have carefully been documenting the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to modern way of working. I think its safe to say that i am finally in a position to help employers with their staffing and business needs.
My CIPD certification affords me the playing field to manage HR departments. My Administrative skills and that of my qualified team offers us the ability to take on roles in office administration and customer support.
Our huge exposure to learning and development means that we can adequately train candidates to perform similar tasks and undertake customer service or call centre roles. Top 100 is here to make sure that staff are also treated within the bounds of the law. We aim to educate employers on employee right, via our blog posts and direct business dealing with them. We aim to educate them on Human Resources laws and benchmarks, as regards to staff management and handling disagreements.
We also train each and every candidate we come across to be able to deal with employers in a professional manner. We make sure their goals are aligned with company policy in a way to make sure all energy is channelled towards self improvement and upbuilding the company.
